29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling: On or about 6/4/2015, the employer failed to ensure that employees using the Chevy tow truck, VIN 1GBKC34F0VJ102590, were kept from underneath suspended vehicles while they were being moved in the yard. An employee used a single "J" hook to lift by the bumpers of vehicles.
