29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At 820 E High Street in Potosi, MO 63664 - On or about 06/02/2015, employees were working on a steep roof (5 in 12 pitch or greater) approximately 17 feet above a lower solid concrete/asphalt surface without having any fall protection system in place, exposing employees to elevated fall hazards.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
