29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. a) East end of the Office Trailer: Two relocatable power taps used at the worksite were found to be used in violation of it's listing; Including two power taps that were connected together (daisy chained); The power cord to one of the power taps was attached with fasteners into a wooden desk rendering it "un-relocatable"; and the power tap listed for high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, TVs etc. was instead used to power a high powered load (space heater).
