29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vii): Switchboards, panel boards, and distribution boards installed for the control of light and power circuits, and motor control centers were not protected from damage: a) North Wall of Depalletizer Room, 750 Oakhill Road, Mountain Top, PA: A 480 volt switchboard/breaker panel for electrical equipment, such as but not limited to the Lines 1, 2 and 3 destrappers; Lines 1, 2 and 3 unwrappers; Lines 1 and 2 dunnage stackers and forklift battery chargers, was not protected from forklift traffic and was physically damaged, observed on or about June 4, 2015. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
