29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The employer is failing to protect employees from potential fall hazards associated with roofing an new residential home where the ground to eave is greater than 6 feet and the roof pitch is more than 4:12. The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 10619 S. 213th Street, Gretna, NE 68028 where the employer has employees roofing a new residential home without the use of fall protection while exposed to potential fall hazards of greater than 8 feet.
