29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: On or about June 1, 2015, at 1615 IH 35, San Marcos, TX, the employer failed to ensure the wheels were locked and in good repair on the mobile scaffolding. The employee was exposed to an approximate fall hazard of six feet.
