Condition observed on or about June 8, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 454 Barlow Avenue, Staten Island, NY: Employees were observed performing siding operations from a 2nd floor roof at a height of approximately 9' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about June 8, 2015.
