29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets: (a) Roof of existing facility located at 2 Wilbank Road, Rome, Georgia. Employees installing roof shingles, while working from an unprotected roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet 2-inches. The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest systems and neither had guard rails, safety nets, nor a warning line system been installed to provide protection from falling.
