29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Parking Garage, Driveway - On or about 06/03/2015, a mason who was tuck pointing brick from the elevated platform of an aerial lift was not provided with a safety belt or harness and was thereby exposed to an 18 foot fall.
