29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Job Site - Employees were not provided adequate fall hazard recognition training as evidenced by employees being on an open deck during a wood framing operation and no means of fall protection was in use, exposing the employees to an 11'6" fall hazard, on or about 06/09/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
