29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards. a) On or about 06/10/15, at the Day's Inn at 443 Main St, Niagara falls, NY 14301, employees washing windows from the outside ledge on the third floor (approximately 36 feet off the ground) were exposed to fall hazards without wearing personal fall protection equipment. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
