29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:     a) 30 Wright Street, Iselin, NJ 08830:  Employees were allowed to perform stucco operations from a fabricated frame scaffold approximately 15' from ground below that was not fully planked from the front upright to the rear upright.      Condition observed on or about June 10, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a) 30 Wright Street, Iselin, NJ 08830: Employees were allowed to perform stucco application operations  approximately 15' from the ground below on a fabricated frame and pump jack scaffold without fall protection.    Condition occurred on June 10, 2015.
