29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(iii): The frequency of inspections and tests of process equipment shall be consistent with applicable manufacturers' recommendations and good engineering practices, and more frequently if determined to be necessary by prior operating experience:   The employer does not ensure that the frequency of inspections of process equipment is consistent with good engineering practices.  This violation occurred on or about June 7, 2015, located on the dock where employees were exposed to inhalation and fire hazards when performing tasks such as, but not limited to, monitoring the ammonia system and loading and unloading trucks without conducting the annual insulated piping inspection for the air handling units within one year of the previous inspection.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that the frequency of inspections of process equipment is consistent with good engineering practices.
