29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty. a. On or about June 2, 2015 in the Yard Area at the workplace, an employee was injured while passing underneath the elevated forks of Caterpillar Lift Truck that was offloading a road sign from the back of a flat bed truck. The employee was moving chains from the Lift Truck's forks when the forks dropped pinning his wrist and hand between the forks and sign's support beam.
