29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, must be protected by protective helmets.  (a) Worksite located at 9048 Seymour Ave Lot #45 Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were observed working on the ground when materials were being unloaded from a forktruck along with materials being sent up to the roof without the use of a protective helmet to protect employees heads from falling materials.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees must be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  (a) Worksite located at 9048 Seymour Ave Lot #45 Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were applying nails with the use of an automatic nailer and were not protected from eye injury by the use of any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface horizontal with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level must be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) Worksite located at 9048 Seymour Ave Lot #45 Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious injuries, in that the unprotected sides and edges of the elevated work areas was not provided with guardrails or any other means of fall protection, approximately 18 feet. The employees were walking on the roof edges without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, must be equipped with:  (a) Worksite located at 9048 Seymour Ave Lot #45 Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious slip, tip, and fall hazards while using stairways from the first floor to the second floor. The stairways lacked handrails and no stair rail systems were in place on unprotected sides.
