29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Front of Building# 17 - on or about June 10, 2015 - employees were accessing the building with a stair system that was not equipped with a stairrail on both open sides. The elevation was approximately 12 feet 8 inches high. There were a total of 18 risers.
