29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): Working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was not provided with the minimal depth in the direction of access to live parts as indicated in Table S-1: Employees were exposed to electric shock and/or struck-by hazards in that the space in front of the panel was partially blocked and the minimum required 36 inch space was not maintained in the following locations: a. In the Maintenance Shop at the breaker panel box for the shop. b. In the Screening Department (behind the oven area) at the breaker panel box for the shop.
