29 CFR 1926.96: The employer did not ensure employees wear proper footwear which meets the requirements and specifications in American National Standard for Men's Safety-Toe Footwear, Z41.1-1967.    a) For employees working at 2050 51st Street located in Sarasota, on or about June 9, 2015.  Employees were removing concrete forms to include metal stakes. The employees were removing and stacking the metal stakes then placing them in the raised bucket of a skid steer piece of equipment. The employees were not wearing protective footwear while working.
