29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets. On or about June 11, 2015 at a temporary jobsite located at or near 2005 Breckenridge Drive, Little Rock, AR 72227, an employee not wearing a hardhat was trimming trees from an aerial lift with visible tree limbs/branches above him. The employee was exposed to possible danger of head injuries from impact with the tree branches hanging over his head.
