29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Roof, 253 Worcester Street, North Grafton, Massachusetts; Employees working on a residential roof were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately twelve feet at the back of the house and nine feet at the front of the house from the eave to the ground.
