29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On the clay tile roof-canopy of a commercial property, fall protection was not provided exposing an employee to an 11 foot fall hazard, on or about 6/11/2015. Tampa Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 689298, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2901 E. Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL, 33612.
