29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: (a) 5050 Veterans Memorial Highway, Holbrook, NY (Worksite), warehouse - Employees placed powered industrial trucks such as, but not limited to the Crown Narrow-Aisle Reach Truck, Series # 5200 / Serial # 1A281455, and Wave Work-Assist Vehicle, Model # WAV50-118 / Serial # 9A213632, into service without conducting an examination to determine if any conditions that could directly affect the safe operation of the vehicle existed on, June 11, 2015; and at times prior thereto. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this violation, in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
