29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Carpentry Shop: The hood guard of the Delta X5 Unisaw hangs up on a notch of the spreader bar so that the guard does not stay in contact with the material being cut. The Plexiglas guard of the hood guard of the table saw had a hole in it.
