29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck: a. On or about June 10, 2015 and at times prior, four employees were exposed to ejection and crushing hazards while being transported and riding in the bucket of the loader across uneven surfaces on the construction site. The employees were not authorized to ride on the loader.
