29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:  (a)  In the production area, the men's restroom was not kept clean and in a sanitary condition, exposing employees to health hazards.  (b)  Throughout the plant, there were heavy accumulations of sawdust on the equipment, floors, etc., exposing employees to fire hazards.  (c)  In the Cabinet Shop, a vat containing Voramer ME 3044 wood adhesive glue and the floor around it were covered in sawdust.  There was also glue that had leaked out of the vat onto the floor.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  On the west side of the production area, in the counter tops shop, an emergency discharge exit was blocked by stacks of lumber outside of the door preventing safe exit by employees in the event of a fire, exposing employees to entrapment, burns and inhalation of smoke.
