29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) At the back of the store, on or about and at times prior to June 9, 2015, the employer did not ensure an exit route and doorway, that lead to the outside of the establishment, from the restroom, used by employees, was marked with a sign reading "EXIT," exposing employees to the hazards associated with smoke inhalation and burns.
