29 CFR 1910.101(b): Section 3.2.1, Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 - Where removable caps are provided for valve protection, such caps were not kept on cylinders at all times when in use: (a) In the rear of the shop - Compressed gas cylinders waiting to be returned did not have caps on them; on or about 06/11/15. 29 CFR 1910.101(b): Section 3.5.3, Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 - Acetylene cylinders were not stored a minimum distance if twenty feet from oxygen cylinders nor were they separated by a 5 foot high noncombustible partition having a fire resistive rating of at least a half hour: (b) In the rear of the shop - oxygen and acetylene were stored together and numerous acetylene b-tanks were on the floor nearby; on or about 06/11/15. THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN THE ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
