29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: Employee was connecting piping with P-70 primer and PVC 717 and was not wearing gloves. This employee was exposed to possible Primer P70 and PVC 717 contact with hands. Gloves were provided by the employer at or near the work station.
