29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 12, 2015 at a temporary jobsite located at or near 100 Valley Court, Searcy, AR 72143, an employee constructing a wooden scaffold platform was not protected from fall hazards while working at a height of approximately 20ft above lower levels.
