29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): Travel distance from any point of the protected area to the nearest fire extinguisher exceeded 100 feet: a) Colyer Lake Dam, Bellefonte, PA; Employees were tying rebar and forming concrete in an area where gasoline generators were running and fuel was located without the presence of a fire extinguisher, on or about 06/10/2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
