29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a). Worksite located at Bridge A 0782, Highway 36, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working near the edges of the bridge deck and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

Worksite located at Bridge A 0782, Highway 36, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees exposed to fall hazards had not been trained in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards and means to protect themselves from falling.
