29 CFR 1904.1(a)(2): Employer with more than ten (10) employees at any time during the last calendar year, did not keep OSHA injury and illness records. On or about June 12, and at times prior thereto, employer did not keep OSHA injury and illness records for the establishment. This condition exposed employees to job hazards such as but not limited to lacerations, heat illness that may not be accounted or acknowledged by employer.
