29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: 1784 Columbia Raod, South Boston, MA. An Employee fell, and was injured as a result of no fall protection being used or provided at a height greater than 26 feet, on the third floor of a residential building. a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards at the second floor door opening where unguarded stairs were placed to gain access on an unguarded front entrance roof. b) Employees were exposed to fall hazards at the top of the third floor while framing the roof.
