Jobsite:  The employees, working and walking on the roof within very close proximity of unprotected skylights were not protected from falling through the holes/skylights by the use of personal fall protection devices, guardrail system, covers and/or other appropriate means.  On or about June 11, 2015, one of employees, engaged in stripping the above roof fell approximately 22 feet 7 inches to lower level through one of skylights, and the employee sustained very serious injuries from the incident.
