(b) Cummins, Inc.: On or about June 11, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately eight feet while accessing and exiting from the unguarded storage area above the bathroom.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Cummins, Inc. Service Area: On June 11, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazards such as, but not limited to struck by flying parts or pieces when using an unguarded 55 ton Owatonna Tool Company hydraulic press.
