29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) 101 East 2nd Street, Bayonne, NJ Employer did not ensure granite slab weighting approximately 700lbs was secured on a flatbed truck during the loading process. Granite slab tipped over and stuck employee on the ground. Violation observed on or about 06/04/2015
