29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program:  Wood and Vinyl Shops: Noise monitoring had not conducted where workers operated machines that produced noise levels above 85 decibels in the wood and vinyl shops.  OSHA sampling conducted on 8-19- 15 and 9-1-15 showed 8 hour time weighted average exposures of 85 decibels during wood fence assembly operations.
