Within the Shop: On or about June 11, 2015 and at times prior employees were exposed to explosion hazards due to the proximity of Acetylene storage cylinders to diesel gas can.  b. Within the Shop: On or about June 11, 2015 and at times prior employees were exposed to explosion hazards due to the proximity of Acetylene storage cylinders to flammable material cabinet.   c. Within the Shop: On or about June 11, 2015 and at times prior employees were exposed to explosion hazards due to the proximity of oxygen storage cylinders to motor oil.
