29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction area was not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard: a) County Road 525 aka Mt. Airy Road, Bernardsville, NJ 07924. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the STOP sign was blocked by another sign making it impossible to alert construction vehicles and motor vehicles of the obstructions and or restrictions ahead. Condition occurred on or about 06/15/15.

29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): All traffic control signs and or devices used for protection of workers did not conform to Part VI of the MUTCD, 1988 Edition, Revision 3, or Part VI, Section 6F.04 Sign Maintenance of the MUTCD, Millennium Edition, incorporated by reference in Sec. 1926.6: a) County Road 525 aka Mt. Airy Road, Bernardsville, NJ 07924. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the Detour 500 Feet sign was not being maintained for cleanliness, visibility and correctly positioned. In addition, damaged devices were observed throughout the jobsite, i.e. barrels. Condition occurred on or about 06/15/15.
