29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:     Employees were exposed to hazards such as chemical burns, along with skin and eye irritants, while working with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Cherry 512/256, Pine Sol, and Odo Ban. The employer failed to ensure a written Hazard Communication Program that included training, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and an inventory list of chemicals had been implemented and maintained within the facility.      Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
