29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. A) Exterior on Scaffold/Right side of house - Employees were exposed to fall hazards/scaffold collapse hazards of approximately 19 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced on the bottom, on or about April 23rd, 2015.
