OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.    a) Mobis North America , Toledo Ohio: On or about June 17, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the remote lifting pendant buttons, used on off line 2, were clearly marked or identified as to its functions exposing employees to a stuck by hazard.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard includes, but is not limited to the following:  1.) Ensure the remote lifting pendant is clearly marked or identified as to its function.

Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard includes, but is not limited to the following:  1.) Ensure the use of the locking device located on the device.

Employee were exposed to crushed-by hazard in the event of sling failure.
