29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. At the job site 3250 N. Hydraulic Street, Wichita, Kansas, employees were doing roofing work with out providing fall protection systems when working near 8 unguarded sky lights. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the concrete surface below.
