On or about June 17, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, 101 Mooring Drive, Lantana, Florida 33462, frequent and regular inspections of the site, materials, and equipment were not performed by a competent person. Construction and Remodeling 1, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314266404, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as final order on April 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 379 NE Tradewind Lane, Stuart, Florida 34996.
