OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard.    a. On or about June 16, 2015 located at the I-270 & US-33 Interchange project in Dublin, Ohio, employees were walking and performing work beneath the loaded boom, wire ropes and rigging equipment of two Century 50 ton towing and recovery trucks, Model 9055, that were attached to an overturned Bauer BG-25 dedicated drilling rig, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
