29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) 1501 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA - The employees were working off of a scaffold system approximately 24 feet long, 20 feet high and 3 feet wide which was not fully planked or decked on all working levels between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. This hazard exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet. This condition was observed on June 12, 2015.
