29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP): Establishment - Flammable gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) was transferred from rail cars to transport vehicles using electrical equipment that was not approved for the hazardous location on trans flow trucks #6691 and #6642 . The electrical equipment was located on the trans flow truck beds and included 12 volt lighting, control pendants, cooling fans, and control panels. The hazardous locations included Class 1, Division 1 and 2 locations. An example of a recognized and generally accepted good engineering practice regarding classified hazardous locations is contained in, but is not limited to, NFPA 58, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code (2014), Section 6.23.2.2.
