29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about June 10, 2015; north and north-east area; employees framing a new residential home were observed walking the plate of the outside wall without fall protection exposing to them to a fall hazard of 24 feet. b) On or about June 10, 2015; north side; employees were working at or near a wall opening that was not properly guarded exposing them to a fall hazard of 12 feet to the concrete basement area.
