Bear Mountain Machine, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911802, citation number2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 201 E. Idaho, New Plymouth, Idaho 83655.
