29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) 18329 Thompson Rd, Building 182, Dahlgren, VA 22448: On or about June 18, 2015, the employer most recently conducted a review of the energy control procedures contained in Electrical Safe PWBL-Safe 01, in 2009, where an employee used lockout/tagout on June 17, 2015. No abatement documentation or certification required.
